Youth Director Position
First United Lutheran Church in Roseau, Minnesota is seeking a Part-time Youth Director (20 hrs/wk). 

Focus is on 7-12 grade Youth Group (along with planning/facilitating monthly events, coordinating with other local Youth leaders – RAYL).  Participation in Sunday morning youth activities; manage youth finances and other duties as needed.  Hours & schedule will vary throughout the year, some evenings and weekends required (including Wednesday evening & Sunday morning).  Contact First United Lutheran Church at 218-463-1392 or email at 

Strengths: Solid foundation and understanding of Christian faith, passion for young people, relate well to both youth and parents.  Teamwork, conflict resolution, leadership and confidentiality a must.  Desire and ability to nurture and mold youth in Christian faith and teach Christian messages in social settings.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, including computer skills.  Musical skills are an asset.
